USA: Depending on the state you live in, you may have to pay sales tax.

United Kingdom: VAT will be charged at check out. Duty and import charges may apply to order as well, which is the responsibility of the customer.

European Union: VAT may be charged based on local customs authority. Duty and import charges may apply to order as well, which is the responsibility of the customer.

How are shipping rates determined?

Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, and destination of the package. Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service, UPS, and DHL.

Due to the expensive nature, of international shipping, customers will be notified if their shipping costs exceeds the product cost.

Custom charges may be applied to international shipments from certain home countries and we are not responsible for said charges.

How long will it take to receive an order?

Products will be shipped out within the week the order is placed.

Tracking numbers will be provided to all customers at the time of shipping and will be emailed to the customer.

Domestic shipping will take approximately 2-14 business days to arrive, local postal service notwithstanding. International shipping will vary between 2-12 weeks depending on the destination.
